usually impractical. Firstly, in China, Foreigners can not drive
without a Chinese driver's license, so you must have a Chinese driver
accompany you. While some rental car companies can provide you with
a driver, all the liability for accident damage, injury, theft and
speeding tickets is your personal responsibility!!
